Travel Class
United Airlines provides for 3 travel classes:
Economy Class: Under Economy class, there are two options of Economy Plus and Basic Economy Class.
Basic Economy Class: This fare option is a budget travel option which allows passengers to carry one personal item or a small bag. Seat selection prior to the departure is not available. Refund and cancellation on the tickets can be done on select flights which are chargeable. Economy Plus: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand baggage and one check-in luggage. It also provides for extra legroom and the seats assigned to the passengers will be closer to the aircraft exits.
Business Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand luggage and two check-in luggage. With an access to the Business Class lounge at the airport, priority boarding and check-in, passengers can also relax on board with comfortable and adjustable seats. With inbuilt power supply for laptops, passengers can also work and relax. Complimentary inflight beverages like water, soft drinks, juice, te etc are also available along with delicious meals.
First Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one hand luggage and two check-in luggage. With an access to the Business Class lounge at the airport, priority boarding and check-in, passengers can also relax on board with comfortable and adjustable seats. Frequent Flyer Program
MileagePlus is the frequent flyer program for United Airlines. Members can earn mileage points by flying with the airline. These points can be redeemed for award tickets, award upgrade, value-added services. The mileage points can also be earned with the nation- airline partners in Hotels, Banks, Telecommunications, Car Rentals, Travel agencies etc. The points can also be used to gift flight tickets to loved ones. Baggage allowance

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

In-Flight Services
United Airlines provides for exquisite delicacies, snacks, meals along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Passengers can pre-book their meals or purchase it on board the flight. The airlines provide for a wide range of entertainment and leisure activities through the numerous movies, shows, music and games available on board.

Onboard support
United Airlines provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with a wheelchair and/or Ambulift services during the flight.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through United Airlines’s sales ’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
